Agency Principal
Wayne has been in the insurance industry since 2013 and brings the same care he developed as a former pastor into every client relationship. When he's not working, he's spending time with his wife and son, writing music, playing Uno, or chasing mountain views. He also runs a marketing and consulting business on the side.

Rebecca Trotter
Office Manager
Rebecca has been the operational backbone of Watley Insurance Group for over five years — and if we're being honest, she probably knows this agency better than anyone in the building. Outside work, she stays busy with her daughter, her three-year-old adopted son, cruise adventures, and friends she actually enjoys spending time with.

Kellye Brandl
Personal Lines Retention Manager
Kellye started her insurance career in life insurance, earned her license over three years ago, and now oversees all personal lines renewals for the agency. She embraces all things spooky, loves ravens, and is in the thick of raising four boys ranging from preteens to full-blown teenagers.

Stephanie Carter
Customer Concierge
Stephanie got her insurance license five years ago specifically to join this team, bringing with her a background in entrepreneurship and children's ministry. She's a grandmother, a church pillar, a singer, a party planner, and a foster parent — basically, she never stops giving.

Ronnie Hodges
Commercial Lines Manager
Ronnie spent his career in law enforcement before retiring and stepping into insurance, and it didn't take him long to get a solid grip on the commercial side of things. His favorite things include his grandkids and taking trips with his wife, preferably in that order.

Kaydence Specks
Sanitation Engineer
Kaydence keeps an eye on her little brother, makes time for family, and yes, she has a boyfriend she tolerates us mentioning. She's currently studying at LSUS and has a soft spot for animals that most people around here have learned not to underestimate.
